Application:
Custom Electric bayonet heating elements are used in heat treating, as well as cleaning, nitriding, molten salt baths, aluminum melting, glass processing, and crystal growing.
Furnace Type:
Seal quench furnaces, hardening and tempering furnaces, annealing furnaces, aluminum melting and holding furnaces, industrial ovens, kilns, and other thermal processing systems.
Material Options:
Nickel/chrome and high temperature Kanthal APM® iron/chrome/aluminum wire.
Temperature Range:
200° F to 2150° F (93° C to 1150° C).
Power Rating:
1 to 70 kW per heating element.

2 to 7-3/4 in. O.D. (50.8 to 196.85 mm) up to 20 ft. long (7 m).
