The Easy-FixSM Lid is a replacement for original equipment lids on die casting machines. Unlike conventional lids, they do not have to be removed and rebuilt whenever a single heating element fails. Elements can individually be replaced while the machine is running. Construction:
The Easy-Fix Lid is comprised of individual modules, each module holding one helical coil heating element. If a heating element fails, the module is removed and replaced with another module. It is not necessary to shut down equipment. Machine Type:
